‘Untitled (Dream Drawings)’
Hypnagogic Hallucinations are events that happen during the transition between wakefulness to sleep, this is usually what happens when I wake at 3am and try to get back asleep.
The visual imagery that appears is usually bright, colourful, scary. It has no flow or meaning yet the idea or the reason for these hallucinations has been widely discussed, from paranormal interpretations to scientific studies.
I find it helpful to draw at this period of wakefulness, here is a collection of some recent dream drawings.
