‘Pink River’
Pink River is inspired by Frank Baker’s love letter. I wanted to create a similar atmosphere to the nature I felt reading the letter.
I felt that there were many strong emotions dealt with by Frank when writing the letter such as love, fear and restlessness. In Finland, where I come from, the summer nights are special because the sun doesn’t go down in the middle of summer. I wanted to include the colours I could imagine in a Finnish summer night and added some colours of love.
